Laz-7 is an airplane developed in Lovech, Bulgaria under the supervision of eng. Tzvetan Lazarov.
It was the most manufactured airplane in Bulgarian factories until the halt of all airplane building in 1954.
The Laz-7 has an outstanding flight maneuverability and was used for training, practice and aerobatics. It also served as a military light attack aircraft and night bomber. It was very effective in intercepting enemy spy balloons that penetrated Bulgarian territory.
More than 150 Laz-7 aircraft were produced.
